Mifflin St., beginning at 1 p.m. I’ll be talking about Elsie’s Story: Chasing a Family Mystery, as well as the soon-to-be-released second edition of Wisconsin Underground: A Guide to Caves, Mines, and Tunnels in and Around the Badger State.
